No Refunds for Hair Oil
Due to the nature of our product, which is a traditionally made hair oil containing 13 herbs and produced without the use of chemicals, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases of our hair oil. We take great care to ensure the quality and authenticity of our product, and each bottle is meticulously crafted to meet our standards. Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason related to dissatisfaction with the product.
Missing Items

While we cannot offer a refund for missing items, we will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify the situation, such as providing a replacement item or issuing a store credit.
Compulsory Unboxing Video
In order to assist us in resolving any issues related to missing items or damaged products, we require customers to provide an unboxing video upon receiving their order. This video should clearly show the unboxing process, including the opening of the package and the contents inside. This helps us ensure that any claims of missing items or damages are legitimate and enables us to take prompt action to address the issue.
